"If you tolerate this" is a song by the Manic Street
Preachers.  

This song uses the
1st conditional.  The 1st conditional
is also called the future conditional because it is for
events in the future.  

The structure looks like this:

If + Subject + Verb(present) + Subject + Verb(future)

Examples:

If you go to the party, you will meet my boyfriend.
If she arrive son time, we will start at 9:00am.
If they work tomorrow, we won't go to the park.

In this song, the singer is talking about the future and
what will happen if people continue to act the same
way as they do now.  Notice how the chorus uses the
grammar structure:

If you
tolerate this, your children will be next.
